Job description
Role

This role requires an experienced warehouse professional who has been involved in implementing Intact WMS system.

In addition to standard Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities, the job specification should include working alongside the Warehouse Manager to support the system implementation and User Acceptance Training. This will involve ensuring all warehouse staff fully understand and adopt the training, with the supervisor being developed and trained as a Super User.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the ERP systems functionality. Be the inhouse leader for WMS Implementation.
  • Communicate the changes to all stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation for the WH team and support the project team.
  • Host daily meetings with all stakeholders to ensure onboarding issues are addressed and closed off.
  • Test and report on functionality.
  • Lead ongoing training on the system and all functionality with all warehouse and distribution staff and stakeholders.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse operatives while maintaining the subject matter expertise of the new ERP system.
  • Lead general WH training and onboarding.
  • Create onboarding, training plans for WH.
  • Conduct monthly training and health and safety check‑ins with all WH staff.
Experience And Skills Required

You will have been part of a WMS rollout or experience of becoming a superuser in this function.

You will have excellent training and communication skills. Ability to prioritise.
