We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, to achieve Company Growth targets, while representing both yourself and Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics in a dignified, professional, and courteous manner to the Irish marketplace. This role requires collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team and we hope to attract someone with experience in a Medical laboratory environment and/or Key Account/Inside Sales background. Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive are to play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, to achieve Company Growth targets.

Summary of Main Responsibilities
  • Assist Eurofins Biomnis in maintaining a high standard in medical testing.
  • Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first‑class service.
  • Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills as required.
  • Work with colleagues to contribute toward the continuous improvement of the department.
  • Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the values of Eurofins Biomnis.
  • Observe strict confidentiality when dealing with patient and Company information.
  • Play a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Represent both Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics’ quality‑driven services and yourself to the Irish market‑place in a dignified, professional and courteous manner.
  • Grow company sales of our laboratory services and products.
Specific Tasks
  • Be aware of and compliant with all documentation related to your Department, including training records, SOPs and forms, and acknowledge required documents on QPulse.
  • Attend Sales & Marketing meetings as and when required.
  • Work within the policies and procedures of Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics.
  • Identify and target existing and prospective clients with a view to selling our pathology services.
  • Provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary, in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct annual account reviews and promptly provide clients with written quotations, pricing and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Effectively communicate client needs and monitor financial and service performance across the business area.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback on activities that may impact on the performance of the business areas.
Qualifications
Education / Qualifications
  • A recognised third‑level qualification in the biological sciences, healthcare or a related discipline.
Experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a related role.
  • Previous experience of working in a client‑facing and/or key account/inside sales role would be an advantage.
Other Requirements
  • Full clean valid driver’s licence preferably.

  • Demonstrate exceptional business planning and key account management, excellent relationship‑building qualities, and the ability to work autonomously.
