Job summary

A leading innovation firm is seeking an Innovation and Technology Lead in Dublin. This role involves evaluating industry trends, leading innovation programs, and managing an innovation roadmap. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong project management skills and strategic thinking are essential for this full-time, permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30.

    We are looking for an Innovations and Technology Lead to join Apleona team in Dublin area.

    Working pattern: Monday- Friday from 09:00-17:30

    Full-time, Permanent

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate industry trends and forecast requirements for new business opportunities.
    • Introduce new technology and products that improve efficiency
    • Build and manage an innovation roadmap, identifying short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities.
    • Lead innovation programs, pilots, and experimentation initiatives across departments.
    • Work within the ISO 56002:2019 Innovation Management framework to implement, maintain and improve systems for the business.
    • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations through clear presentations and storytelling.
    • Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate innovation pipeline effectiveness.
    • Measure outcomes, impact, and ROI of innovation initiatives
    • Report on findings and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Technology, or related fields
    • Master’s (MBA, MS Innovation, Design Thinking, or similar) is preferred but not required
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align innovation with business goals
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
    • Strong ideation and concept development
    • Excellent Project management experience
