  • Provide on-call and hands-on support for mission-critical manufacturing systems such as Empower, Moda, and Trackwise.

  • Manage physical IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN setup, fiber installations, and long-distance Wi-Fi setups.

  • Maintain compliance with IT quality policies, perform risk assessments, and drive documentation in line with healthcare/regulated industry standards.

  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement local infrastructure projects and act as hands & eyes for remote engineering teams when needed.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering and support.

  • Proven leadership in multi-site IT operations, especially within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing.

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, AD, MDT, Hyper-V, and backup tools like Veeam.

  • Networking expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, Sonicwall – including installation, configuration, and firewall VPN setup.

  • Experience with validated environments and GxP standards.

  • Strong project management skills for site rollouts, infrastructure refreshes, and system migrations.

  • Skilled in vendor and stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with regulated software platforms such as Empower, Moda, Trackwise

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk workflows

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
