A global eye health leader based in Waterford is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. The position involves managing operational HR activities, acting as a strategic partner to the business, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business and over 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Please note this position is based in Waterford on site - 5 days a week.
HR Business Partner has responsibility for managing operational HR activities with operations management and support functions, and work with HR team on HR issues, change programmes and implementation of policies and procedures across the Waterford Site.
