A leading tech company is seeking a Project Manager for their HR Transformation team in Dublin. This role involves overseeing various HR projects, including talent acquisition and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on HR Operations. Grow your career by joining as Project Manager for the HR Transformation team at MongoDB, working directly with leaders across HR. This role will oversee different HR Transformation projects. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employer brand, HR business partnering, employee experience, shared services, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, and talent & performance management.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
Project Planning: Collaborate with HR leadership to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and allocate resources effectively
Project Execution: Lead the implementation of HR projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during HR projects, including communication plans, training, and support
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage project issues to minimize disruptions
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-implementation evaluations
Continuous Improvement/Project Retrospective: Analyze project outcomes and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
Process Optimization: Review processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement process optimization strategies and ensure their effectiveness
Compliance: Ensure that all HR projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Strong understanding of Project Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in HR Operations
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experienced managing projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe
Based out of Dublin, but flexible to work in different time zones, option to be Flexible or In-office
