Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR operations or shared services experience in a multi-national environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • English language skills required, other European languages are a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR systems, and is passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience.**Key responsibilities:*** Manage and optimize HR processes including onboarding, offboarding and employee data management.* Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR reporting.* Generate documents, as required or requested by employees, such as job change letters, salary certificates, reference letters etc* Manage daily requests and queries received from employees through the HR Case Management tool in a timely and professional manner.* Act as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems, in particular Workday.* Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.* Drive and deliver documentation of HR Operations processes.* Report on trends in employee queries and requests to support decision-making.* Liaise with counter-parts in teams outside HR Operations to partner on improving process and employee experience.* Partner closely with the HR Operations Manager & HR Generalist Team to support the day-to-day delivery of HR Operations.**Preferred Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 4+ years of HR operations or shared services experience in a multi-national environment.* Proficiency in Workday, DocuSign and MS Office.* Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.* Excellent analytical and communication skills.* English language skills required, other European languages are a plus# **Additional Job Description**
