About The Role & Team

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Analyst/People Coordinator to join our People Business Partnership team. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities and growth opportunities, making it ideal for someone passionate about developing their career in HR. You will play a key role in supporting strategic HR initiatives, coordinating projects, delivering insightful analysis, and enabling the execution of people strategies.

What You Will Do

Support the People Business Partner (PBP) by contributing to both operational and strategic areas of the people agenda, including:

Support to Transformation

  • Take part in HR Streams and cross-functional projects, and advance People & Culture plans and actions (employee journey, communication, learning & upskilling, job design, surveys, data analytics, assisting managers and team members etc.) boosting Business Transformation (organization, operating model, digitalization and innovation, operational practices) and fueling SITA’s sustainable growth trajectory.


Workforce Management

  • Assist in managing workforce operations to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.


Talent Development & Retention

  • Support initiatives that help identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.


Succession Planning

  • Collaborate in identifying and developing future leaders through succession planning strategies.


Training Plan & People Development

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives that align with organizational goals.


Project Coordination

  • Support coordination of HR initiatives and projects based on the People Team (PT) roadmap and plans. Provide administrative and logistical support while ensuring timelines and milestones are respected.


Performance Management

  • Help coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Track HR metrics and KPIs; develop and manage reports to monitor workforce trends and support data-driven decisions. Maintain the reporting capability to feed corporate KPIs.


Strategic Support & Presentation Development

  • Partner with the PBP on strategic topics. Transform strategic challenges into actionable plans and prepare impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.


Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an HR generalist or organizational development role in a dynamic, competitive environment (e.g., high-tech or service sector); project management experience is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
