Position

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, people-focused HR team as an HR Administrator & Recruiter. In this dynamic role, you’ll support both day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end recruitment while playing a key part in delivering our people strategy. From assisting with hiring and onboarding to supporting HR projects and employee initiatives, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and wider team to create a positive and engaging employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, proactive, and passionate about making an impact across all areas of HR. Main Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • HR Administration and Payroll – Preparation of staff correspondence; Dealing with staff queries; Management of Company Fleet; Management of Company Phones; Preparation of employee memos; Onboarding of new employees
  • Training – Training Administration; Training Evaluation; Training Co-ordination; Induction administration and Co-ordination
  • Employee Engagement and HR Initiatives – Preparation and circulation of Meeting Minutes; Organization of Staff Events; Running internal staff initiatives; Co-ordination for Fónua CSR; Co-ordination of Wellbeing events internally
  • Communications – Updating SharePoint Intranet in line with HR department
  • HR Reporting and Performance Management – Recruitment reporting; Other HR Metrics Reporting as outlined by HR Manager; Annual Benchmarking
  • Recruitment – Screening CVs; Responsibility for Interns; Agency Co-Ordination; Interview Scheduling; Conducting Interviews in conjunction with line manager; Recruitment Administration; Recruitment Advertising; Company Referral Scheme Management; Reference Checks; Role Review with agency and hiring manager; Requisition management; Ensuring PSL document is reviewed and up to date
  • HR Systems – Cezanne – System Administration
Requirements
Person Specification
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to complete tasks, maintain documentation, and adhere to best practice standards
  • Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues and dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to think creatively and generate solutions

  • Self-starter with proven experience of operating in an exceptionally dynamic environment
Essential Skills/Experience
  • HR or Organisational Behaviour qualification or studying towards a HR related qualification
  • Member of the CIPD desirable
  • 6 months experience desired
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
  • Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
