  • Facilitate team coaching to enhance collaboration, alignment, and high performance across teams.
  • Design and lead resilience-building programmes focused on mindset, adaptability, and overall wellbeing.
  • Establish and maintain data-driven measurement and reporting to track impact and guide future development efforts.
  • Utilise our new LMS to streamline learning delivery.
  • Strategic impact - You’ll define and deliver MKO’s talent development agenda during a period of growth, directly influencing our people and organisational culture.

  • Wellbeing & flexibility - Enjoy a strong focus on wellbeing, social initiatives and flexible ways of working to support balance and sustainable performance.
  • Values-driven leadership - Work alongside a leadership team committed to doing the right thing, delivering excellence, and building a positive, lasting legacy.
  • Reward & Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits, designed to reward your impact and support your success at MKO.
About you

A strategic and people-centred leader, you bring the vision and capability to elevate MKO’s talent and leadership development practice. You’re energised by supporting professional growth and building learning organisations. You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HRM, education, business or related experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar lead talent / L&D role.
  • Proven experience shaping and delivering learning and development strategies, ideally in consultancy-driven environments.
  • Designed and overseen leadership and succession programmes that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in supporting and embedding feedback, coaching, and continuous growth within teams.
