Job description

Head of Quality & Risk- Social Care Service

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Head of Quality & Risk on behalf of a leading service provider of children’s residential services.

This is a full time permanent role offering a hybrid working model allowing you to work 2 days from home per week.

This role is a new role to the organisation due to expansion. The successful candidate will be supported by a Risk Officer. You will be required to attend the head office in Dublin 18 one day per week. The organisation currently operates 14 homes across 8 counties.

Salary: €80,000

This organisation provides support to young adults and children who come from challenging backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Relevant third level qualification
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Background in healthcare – essential
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, policy, standards and best practice in social care.
  • Ability to organise and delegate work
  • Experience of information systems in supporting service management
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Evidence of competence in audit processes
  • Ability to train and develop other members of staff by supporting a culture of learning within the organisation
  • Ability to develop department procedures and policies
  • Capacity for collaborative working
  • Ability for effective oral and written communication.
  • Full clean driving license required
