What you’ll do
  • Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations.

  • Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and firm interests.

  • Oversee static data management, transaction reporting, and corporate actions outsourced to other affiliate entities.

  • Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers and manage breaks in high volume environment.

  • Support key stakeholder management both internally and externally (Settlement agents/custodians, executing brokers, regulators and data vendors, etc.).

  • Manage the Trading Operations team, including performance reporting and service level agreements.

  • Support new product initiatives, process automation and maintain Framework, Policy and process documentation.

What you need to have
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Back-office, Reconciliation and Corporate Action functions working in a high-volume environment for a MiFID Investment firm (ideally retail).

  • A thorough knowledge of the full equity and CFD trade lifecycle including settlements, custody, corporate action processing and taxes.

  • Expert in SQL and/or Python to enhance straight through processing and manage my exception.

  • Experience in implementing risk controls and procedure documentation.

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and team player.

  • Strong time management and error identification skills.
