Role Overview

As Head of HR Management, you will be a key strategic partner in driving the people agenda for a dynamic, fast‑growing professional services firm. This role sits on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and works closely with the C‑suite to shape and deliver HR strategies that enable scalable growth, operational excellence, and a high‑performing culture.

You will oversee and administer the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that every stage, from attraction and onboarding to development, retention, and off‑boarding is aligned with the firm’s values and business objectives. With a strong emphasis on project management, you’ll lead the design and execution of HR initiatives that support transformation, talent development and organisational effectiveness.

A passion for data and analytics is essential, as you’ll leverage insights to inform decision‑making, measure impact, and continuously improve HR processes. You’ll also bring deep expertise in employee relations, ensuring a fair, inclusive and legally sound working environment.

This is a Hybrid Office 3/2 (Dublin 2) hands‑on delivery & strategic role for a strong HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and is excited to help shape the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with the C‑suite to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to SLT discussions with data‑driven insights and workforce planning recommendations.
  • Lead organisational design and change initiatives to support growth and agility.
  • Review existing HR policies, procedures and systems; identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable HR frameworks that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Establish best‑practice processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee lifecycle.
Policy & Compliance
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect best practice and meet legal requirements.
  • Regularly review and update policies to ensure relevance, clarity and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and regulatory changes.
Project Delivery & Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HR projects, including system roll‑outs, policy redesigns and talent programmes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor and report on project outcomes, risks and benefits realisation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Oversight of recruitment practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management
  • Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting objectives and providing feedback.
Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programmes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives and foster a supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Exposure to professional services an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence at all levels.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above).
  • Thorough understanding of Irish Employee Relations.
