We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the global pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo’s continued expansion—with a particular focus on accelerating our growth in the U.S. market. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross‑functional team of 8–10 people across Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing. Your mission: generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue, and build a scalable growth model across regions.

Develop and execute the global pipeline generation strategy, aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing team of 8–10 across demand gen, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle, and field marketing.
Partner with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops to drive unified global execution.
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to align on coverage models, regional segmentation, and pipeline targets—with strong emphasis on U.S. growth.
Own all digital growth programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, lifecycle, and conversion optimisation.
Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks targeting enterprise buyers across multiple regions.
Ensure all programs are optimised for ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Build and manage a high‑performing global outbound BDR/SDR team.
Define outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaign alignment.
Drive tight coordination between BDR outreach and marketing‑led programs to maximise SQL conversion.
Execute targeted regional programs, customer events, and executive roundtables to drive in‑market demand.
Support strategic ABM programs in collaboration with Sales for top accounts.
Ensure field initiatives are measurable and tied directly to pipeline targets.
Act as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, ensuring alignment on pipeline goals, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Provide clear, consistent reporting on pipeline health and weekly forecasts.
Proactively identify pipeline gaps and create targeted campaigns to close them.
Own the global pipeline number (sourced and influenced) across marketing‑ and BDR‑led channels.
Implement clear reporting, attribution, and funnel measurement from MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
Use insights to continuously refine channel mix, campaign strategy, and resource allocation.
7–10+ years in high‑growth B2B SaaS, with proven experience taking a SaaS platform from EMEA into the U.S. market.
Demonstrated success owning global pipeline strategy and delivering measurable ARR impact.
Deep expertise across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle, outbound, and funnel conversion.
Hands‑on experience building and scaling BDR/SDR teams and outbound programs.
Strong track record operating in global, matrixed organisations with tight sales alignment.
Data‑driven mindset — you measure everything, speak in numbers, and act on insights.
Excellent leadership skills — builds high‑performing, high‑trust teams people want to follow.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management — keeps executives aligned, informed, and focused.
