Job description

The Warehouse Gym is seeking a full-time Gym Manager for our Knocknacarra location to oversee all aspects of daily operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about the fitness industry, have proven management experience, and strong people skills. They will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and foster an engaging work environment for all staff.

The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with gym management systems (e.g. Virtuagym, Mindbody, Glofox), payment processing/recurring billing platforms (e.g. GoCardless, Stripe), and POS systems or similar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee membership account management
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of gym facilities
• Manage and support staff
• Handle invoice management
• Oversee stock control and ordering of supplies
• Ensuring Exceptional Service Standards

Required Qualifications Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Previous management experience
• Knowledge and/or experience in the fitness industry
• Recognised Personal Training qualification

Desirable
