We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Group Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of marketing operations, creative asset development, and campaign coordination across a multi-brand business. This is an ideal role for a highly organised and technically skilled marketer who thrives on making things happen – ensuring teams, tools, and timelines run smoothly to deliver impact across both B2B and B2C channels.

You will manage and support a team of creatives and digital marketers while helping to improve internal workflows and drive the effectiveness of campaigns across several markets.

About the Company

A well-established and fast-growing international business with multiple B2B and B2C brands in the built environment sector. Headquartered in Dublin, with offices across Europe, the UK, China, and Australia, the business is backed by new investment and has ambitious growth plans through both organic expansion and acquisition.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key executional role in a growth-focused and dynamic marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimise the internal marketing workflow, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of creative and digital assets.

  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in marketing execution, from project tracking to approval processes and campaign coordination.

  • Manage resource allocation across a cross-functional marketing team (writers, designers, and digital marketers).

  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing the digital marketing strategy across web, email, SEO, and social.

  • Develop and manage marketing dashboards and performance reports to support continuous improvement and visibility of KPIs.

  • Provide guidance and operational support to the creative and content teams, ensuring smooth project traffic and campaign delivery.

  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver assets for new product launches, trade marketing, packaging, events, POS, brochures, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content.

  • Contribute to UX/UI support on digital platforms.

  • Help develop messaging frameworks, content pillars, and audience segmentation in partnership with brand and digital leads.

  • Mentor and support team development and workflow performance.

Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing operations, campaign management, or project delivery role.

  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C environments, ideally in a product-led or technical industry.

  • Operationally strong, with an eye for detail and a knack for making complex project pipelines run smoothly.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

  • Experience using HubSpot, Monday.com, or equivalent tools.

  • Skilled in project management and traffic coordination, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic problem-solver with a practical mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Degree in Marketing or related field; additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Project Management are a plus.

  • Campaign delivery and engagement performance

  • Marketing dashboard and analytics reporting

  • Asset production volume and quality

  • Workflow and project delivery efficiency

  • Budget tracking and resource management

  • UX/UI contribution and cross-team collaboration
