Peoplebank is seeking a Group Learning & Development Manager to lead L&D initiatives across The Doyle Collection. This crucial role involves developing training programs, fostering a learning culture, and managing L&D teams, ensuring exceptional training aligned with business needs. A passion for learning and ability to build relationships are essential for this position.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives across all properties within The Doyle Collection. The successful applicant will lead the group-wide L&D department, work alongside business leaders to offer market leading development programmes to existing and new team members, whilst ensuring that your team offer exceptional training to suit the business needs. You will oversee all aspects of training, including e-learning, collaboration with external partners, and classroom-based training. Ensuring you lead by example, your infectious passion for instilling a learning culture within the business is essential.
