A leading dairy processing company in Ireland is seeking a Group Asset Care Manager to enhance asset performance and reliability across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, significant experience in engineering management, and expertise in asset care methodologies. Responsibilities include driving maintenance strategies, implementing KPIs, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. A full clean driver’s licence and occasional travel to ROI & NI sites are required.

Group Asset Care Manager to lead best-in‑class asset performance and reliability across multiple dairy manufacturing sites. This technical leadership role ensures optimum equipment availability, maintenance strategies, and engineering excellence through standardisation, continuous improvement, and people development.
Travel: ROI & NI sites, occasional international travel. Full clean driver’s licence required.
