Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy and performance across all digital channels at Choice Hotel Group. This is a pivotal role for a results-focused marketer who combines creativity with commercial insight and technical know-how.

Location: Dublin or Galway.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. You'll oversee all online activity—including website performance, PPC, SEO, email, and paid social—ensuring that every touchpoint enhances our brand and delivers a seamless path to purchase for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage multi‑channel campaigns across PPC, paid social, email, display, and website platforms.
  • Optimise website performance, conversion rates, and online booking journeys.
  • Analyse campaign results and provide clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Manage digital budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams, marketing colleagues, and third‑party partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Oversee content planning and brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and innovations to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
About You
  • Hold a Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing management, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and paid social.
  • Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
