Overview

Graduate Project Manager role at Fannin Ltd. This role offers a highly motivated and organized candidate the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across a range of commercial and operational initiatives within the Ireland division. The Graduate Project Manager will be exposed to various aspects of project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, providing development opportunities and exposure to senior management, with a pathway to roles in Commercial, Operations, Strategy, or Project Management within the organisation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, executing, closing and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, in scope, and to budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project management documentation, including business appraisals, business planning, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Lead project-level communications with delivery teams and project sponsors. Facilitate workshops, stand-up meetings and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of all projects as part of the implementation/delivery team.
Key Projects / Initiatives
  • Commercial Excellence: Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving commercial performance and efficiency within the Ireland Division. Collaborate with Commercial Directors, Sales Managers and IT, Data and Support functions to implement improvements in Contracts Management, Operations Reporting, Pricing Analysis, Sales Force Effectiveness, Systems Implementation and Stock Optimization, including tracking progress vs plan, quantifying net margin impact and monitoring change acceptance.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Assist the Strategic Initiatives Manager and Business Development Director with executing Strategic Initiatives relating to the Key Agencies for the Ireland Distribution business. Provide support for bolt-on acquisition integration projects, working with commercial, operations, finance, IT, HR and Quality workstreams. Complete detailed cost-to-serve financial analysis and process mapping to identify operational efficiencies in one business unit.
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Project manage the delivery and integration of a 3rd Party order and invoice management system within Customer Services and Finance (Accounts Payables) teams to automate sales order and supplier invoice processing.
Other Information
  • The company operates a hybrid work policy. The successful candidate will be expected to be present in the office 3/5 days each week, with Monday and Wednesday as core team days.

Experience & Profile

  • A minimum 2:1 university degree. Applications from all disciplines will be reviewed, with emphasis on Commerce, Economics, Business Information Systems, or Finance preferred.
