The purpose of this post is to provide high-quality, proactive administrative and organisational support to a Senior Manager in an acute hospital setting. The Grade IV will help ensure the efficient operation of the General Service Manager’s office by managing schedules and communications, coordinating meetings and documentation, supporting projects and service priorities, and acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role supports smooth hospital service delivery through effective decision-making support, accurate record-keeping, and timely follow-up of actions in line with hospital policies, governance requirements, and HSE standards.
