For our Global Data Center team, we are seeking a Program Manager PMO with a strong ability to drive cross‑functional, cross‑regional initiatives in a global organization.
The PMO actively participates in projects by driving process improvements and applying Lean problem‑solving methodologies. The focus is on providing structured methods to address challenges—not just executing tasks. This role fosters collaboration across teams, leveraging Eaton’s robust processes and engineering principles, while applying Lean and Scrum practices.
The ideal candidate will have an open, collaborative personality, capable of bringing diverse stakeholders together and act as a connector and facilitator.
Strong soft skills, including leadership in matrix organizations, change navigation, and stakeholder engagement, are essential.
This position requires a mature, collaborative personality—a trusted advisor who fosters buy‑in and transformation.
The role is opened remotely for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland.
Travel rate at global level is between 30‑40% of the working time.
During the initial ramp‑up phase, the role will require extensive travel to facilitate team integration and knowledge transfer. Once collaboration is established, work will transition primarily to a remote model.
The Data Center industry is experiencing rapid scaling and technological advancements, driven by the increasing demand for AI, cloud computing, and edge computing solutions. To remain relevant and competitive, Eaton must adopt a systems‑based approach and provide comprehensive, unified answers to our customers' global deployment challenges. This in turn requires a deep change in the way Eaton supports our customers along the value chain, globally.
This role will be part of the Global Data Center Team which will play a pivotal role in achieving this by supporting the many cross‑functional and cross‑regional efforts to align Eaton's way of working and capabilities with customers' requirements, driving unified data center ways of working, coordinating internal transformation projects, ensuring all main stakeholders understand why we are running the projects, what is their role and the outcomes, and coordinating a cadence across all initiatives.
