As the Global Digital Innovation Excellence Manager, you will:**Drive Global eCommerce Omnichannel Strategy*** Develop and implement a tiering strategy for content and user experience across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global best practices.* Drive innovative testing and research capabilities with retail and eTail partners, collaborating on strategies and fostering deeper partnerships.* Support global deployment of strategies to ensure scalable and sustainable results.**Enable Local eCommerce Excellence Execution*** Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across both DTX and eTail channels.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges and support best practices sharing globally, ensuring consistency and optimization of regional strategies.**Drive excellence in innovation projects*** Lead key innovation projects from concept through completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless post-launch execution.* Define project roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and deliver measurable business impact.* Apply innovative thinking and hands-on execution to ensure each project delivers sustainable success and advances Logitech’s eCommerce and omnichannel strategy.**Drive the Roadmap for AI-Enabled Experiences*** Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams, ensuring alignment with Logitech’s strategic priorities.* Define and drive the AI innovation roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to identify use cases that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive measurable outcomes.* Enable teams to effectively integrate AI-driven solutions, optimize processes, and unlock new value across the eCommerce ecosystem.**Lead Rating & Reviews / UGC enablement initiatives*** Maximize the capabilities and utilization of R&R/UGC solutions by overseeing its integration across direct-to-consumer channels.* Drive the end-to-end sampling process with Business Groups, enable UGC social proof campaigns at a global scale, and lead implementation initiatives for DTX channels.* Manage the ongoing relationship and quarterly business reviews, and share insights and best practices across the organization to enhance eCommerce impact.**Elevate Team Capabilities*** Vendor management processes, including onboarding, reviews, budget allocation, and vendor negotiations, with an emphasis on driving innovation.* Lead team development through tailored training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and speaker engagements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.* Collaborate with the global AI team to coordinate and drive AI adoption and best practices across the global commercial organization.* Manage resources effectively to support the team’s strategic priorities.**Your Skills & Qualifications**For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:* Proven experience in eCommerce roles, ideally with global or regional scope.* Strong understanding of omnichannel strategies and scalable online program execution.* Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships with measurable results.* Experience with creating global guidelines and best practices.* Experience with user-generated content strategies and tools like Bazarvoice is highly valued.* Strategic and critical thinking with a results-driven approach.* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams.* Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.* Ability to creatively solve problems and innovate within eCommerce frameworks.* Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies.*#LI-MT1*Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
