About The Role

Job Description:

  • Plan and prioritise tasks
  • Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required
  • Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times
  • Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
  • Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
  • Report any areas of concern to Line Manager
  • Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
  • Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies
  • To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management.
  • Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
