Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and installations in a timely and professional manner.
• Report to the maintenance manager or supervisor if stock levels are low for all items required to complete tasks.
• Assist all departments with regard to maintenance issues, especially housekeeping, reception and food production areas, to ensure the timely completion of work and promote a good working relationship with all concerned.
• Maintain records of completed repairs and installations for compliance and future reference.
• Keep all maintenance areas, workshops, plant rooms, and maintenance offices clean and tidy at all times, and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
• Respond accordingly to maintenance requests from guests or other departments to minimise disruption to hotel operations.
• Carry car‑park duties as per the daily schedules set out by the Maintenance Manager and ensure that all waste areas are kept clean and tidy and that waste streams are not being contaminated.
• Cooperate with any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner and be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and guest needs.
