General Manager – 360 Cookhouse, Dungarvan

We’re hiring a General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of 360 Cookhouse. A fast-paced, high-standard, locally rooted restaurant with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base.

This is a senior, on-site leadership role. You’ll be responsible for:

• Running a smooth, efficient floor operation
• Leading and developing a large, diverse team
• Managing service standards, staffing, and guest experience
• Working closely with ownership on strategic direction and performance
• Being present — in the room, with the team, in the detail
