Overview

General Manager - Innovate Fingal. Total Talent Solutions is partnering with Innovate Fingal to find a General Manager to lead their team and drive innovation and business growth across the Fingal region. Innovate Fingal helps startups and social enterprises grow and thrive, making a positive impact in local communities. This role offers the chance to lead with purpose while supporting enterprise development across Fingal.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and supporting a team of eight across three community enterprise centres, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and working with businesses and community groups to expand Innovate Fingal's reach.
  • Building strong relationships with entrepreneurs, local leaders, and partners to deliver practical supports and new initiatives.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to a fast-moving environment while adapting to change.
