We’re now looking for a FX & Commodities Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk Management team in Dublin. This role manages Eaton’s FX Cash Flow and Commodities Hedging programs, aiming to reduce volatility and drive strategic improvements across hedging activities.

This is a Hybrid role; 3 days in the office is required.

What You’ll Do

• FX & Commodities Program Management: Lead global commodity hedging, monitor market risks, and support FX actions related to tax and step plans.
• Finance Transformation & Improvement: Drive transformation projects, identify risk mitigation opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Reporting & Risk Support: Manage trading functions, develop KPIs, and support risk management for M&A, real estate, capex, and cash repatriation.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Engage with internal stakeholders and banks, execute FX contracts, and align treasury operations with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in finance (treasury, FP&A, audit or operations)
• Experience in FX/Commodities risk management preferred
• Power BI/data analytics experience valued.
