Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse group of Technology Consultants on transformation projects across various domains including Payments, Banking & Credit, Digital & Channels, and Finance & Technology Enabled Delivery.
• Problem solve with business leaders to understand technology challenges and objectives.
• Help tailor solutions that meet client goals and provide measurable benefits.
• Engage with FS clients to understand business needs, define requirements, analyse complex processes, and implement solutionsli>
• Develop and prioritise change requirements (epics & user stories) and document them.
• Create supporting design documentation such as process maps, decision papers, customer journey artefacts, and business cases.
• Act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy.
• Contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution.
• Uphold high delivery standards, following industry best practices.
• Work with Product Owners and scrum team members to drive user stories through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy).
• Prepare, review and analyse testing/test phase outputs such as test scenarios and defect triage.
• Help identify potential opportunities and contribute to proposals for tech strategy services.
• Assist in building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead creation of thought leadership materials under guidance.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
• Join forces with other practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM, Technology Certifications).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles.
• Experience with products such as nCino, Finacle, Temenos, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience working with a top consulting firm.
• Internships or placements at leading consulting, financial services, or technology companies.
• Passion for reaching full potential, solving complex problems, and working in an inclusive community.
