Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences and enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and conference spaces. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service delivery, exceptional standards, and an atmosphere that reflects our Radisson Blu “Yes I Can!” spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards at all times
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team during service
  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and monitoring wastage
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the management team with scheduling and operational planning
About You
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in a supervisory or team‑leader capacity
