This is a Full-Time position that consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that our guests have an enjoyable guest experience when they visit us at Off The Bone Gastropub.


• Ensure that Service Standards are implemented on a day to day basis.


• Be fully aware of what is happening in the operation in terms of bookings, events and special promotions.


• Motivate, organise and delegate duties to the team each evening.


• Greet, welcome and seat guests.


• Maintain a visible presence in the room.


• Deal with complaints in a professional and prompt manner.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage establishment is required. Team Lead/Supervisory experience desirable.


• A positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Team player with the ability to multi-task and a fine eye for detail.


• An authentic people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.


• Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries as part of a daily routine.


• Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.


• Fluent English.


• Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
