We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award-winning team here at Off The Bone Gastropub, located in the Great National South Court Hotel, as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This is a Full-Time position that consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that our guests have an enjoyable guest experience when they visit us at Off The Bone Gastropub.
- Ensure that Service Standards are implemented on a day to day basis.
- Be fully aware of what is happening in the operation in terms of bookings, events and special promotions.
- Motivate, organise and delegate duties to the team each evening.
- Greet, welcome and seat guests.
- Maintain a visible presence in the room.
- Deal with complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage establishment is required. Team Lead/Supervisory experience desirable.
- A positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to multi-task and a fine eye for detail.
- An authentic people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries as part of a daily routine.
- Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
- Fluent English.
- Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
