Position Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining areas, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional culinary experience. You will lead a team of food and beverage staff, manage service standards, and assist in the development of menus and promotions that enhance our offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise food and beverage service operations, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and promote food and beverage events.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
