Job description

We are excited to open applications for the position of Finishing Supervisor. This is an

Role Overview

As the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations

of our finishing area, ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining the highest

standards of quality. You will oversee a range of finishing processes and equipment, and lead

a small team to deliver consistent, accurate results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in the finishing department
• Operate and oversee equipment including:
  • Mounting tables
  • Weeding stations
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Train, support, and develop finishing staff
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in large format print finishing (required)
• Working knowledge of laminating, cutting, mounting, and related processes
• Experience operating guillotines, Fotoba systems, and die‑cutting machinery
• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good communication and time‑management skills
