Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to our Roosendaal Distribution Center. This position reports to the Senior Manager Finance, Global Supply Chain and is a key finance partner to the Roosendaal leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Key Finance partner to the Distribution leadership team.
  • Monthly review and presentation of the financial performance & metrics to the Distribution leadership team.
  • Inventory Management – Collaborate and partner with Distribution Center to control Inventory & manage obsolescence. Coordinate assignment of risk to responsible parties. Support the management of the business through establishment of key metrics.
  • Planning and Forecasting – Ownership and preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and all required Forecasts for the Distribution center.
  • Compliance – Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, provide analysis and details as required. Comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Evaluation of all Capital requests for the Distribution Center.
  • Preparation of future cost models for the Distribution Center.
  • Identifying and quantifying cost-saving opportunities for the Distribution Center.
  • Finance lead for Distribution in the Transformation program & S/4 Hana implementation.
  • Other Project Work - On an ad hoc basis act as the finance lead on specific projects.
  • Development of analytical models for Distribution Centers using available tools - Power BI / AI etc.
Work Experience Requirements
  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
  • Ideally 3 +years post qualification experience, preferably in a multinational, with exposure to distribution, manufacturing or shared service environment.
Education Requirements
  • Professional Accounting Qualification is desirable but not mandatory (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent accreditation).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent.
