This role involves researching and analysing company financial data for Fundamental’s product in support of the EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse financial data from companies’ annual/quarterly reports
• Conduct company-specific financial research
• Maintain, improve, and deliver accurate and high-quality information for the Client Terminal on a timely basis
• Analyse and extract company performance data from financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow Statement of listed companies globally, in English and the market language
• Standardize data in Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement in accordance with the collection policy
• Work within various global accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or relevant work experience
• Fluent in English and German
• An understanding of the components of financial statements
• Customer focus, problem-solving, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight, conflicting deadlines
• Speed and accuracy when processing data with a high level of attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
