Finance Solicitor

We are currently working with a leading Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin who are seeking to recruit a Finance Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE to join their expanding practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in the Irish market, advising a diverse mix of international and domestic clients.

The Role

As a Finance Solicitor, you will advise clients on a wide range of finance transactions, including:

• Project Finance


• Structured Finance and Capital Markets


• Leveraged and Acquisition Finance


• General Corporate Lending


• Fund Finance


• Property and Development Finance


• Aviation Finance

You’ll work closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate, funds, and regulatory teams to deliver seamless legal solutions to an exceptional client base.

The Person

We would love to speak with solicitors who:

• Are qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction with 1–5 years’ PQE in finance


• Have strong drafting and analytical skills


• Are confident managing a varied caseload with a focus on transactional matters


• Are enthusiastic, collaborative, and commercially aware


• Are interested in building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development
