  • AES Recycling Ltd is seeking aFields Sales Representative on a permanent basis. The position is field based with no fixed location, covering theCarlowandWexfordareas. You will be responsible for promoting the AES Recycling brand and its services to households and small businesses in your designated area. This role offers a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission structure. The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle of all residential customers.
  • Follow up on all new customers as necessary to make sure new customer accounts are set up and to get satisfaction feedback after a few days.
  • Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations showcasing the advantages of recycling with AES.
  • Work towards clear targets and KPIs.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Door-to-Door selling desirable.
  • A full Irish driving license is required for this position.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work on one’s own as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Proficiency with sales software, CRM, Microsoft Office desirable.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalis
  • Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Experience in the Services/ Manufacturing or Waste Industries a distinct advantage.
