Our Facilities Team is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Facilities Planner to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting to the Facilities Director, the Facilities Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the Facilities department, playing a key role in ensuring efficient operations.

Where you come in:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Help prepare and track budgets for facilities-related expenses.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and experience coordinating maintenance activities within a regulated environment.
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities and project progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing; procure supplies and services for facilities maintenance.
  • Work with accounts payable to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and performance standards.
  • Issue employee access cards with security team support to ensure proper access control and security measures.
  • Supervise and issue work orders to facilities technicians and external contractors.
  • Ensure completion of work to meet time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Maintain and organize all facilities-related documents, including contracts, maintenance records, and compliance certificates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience with purchasing software such as Coupa and CMMS like Maximo.
