Qualifications

• Expérience avérée dans la réalisation de travaux de façade sur des projets résidentiels à grande échelle.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la conformité aux réglementations de construction et de BCAR.

Job description

As Façade Manager, you will manage all façade-related activities throughout project stages, ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential from early design coordination to installation, testing, and final delivery on complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities;

• Coordinate façade design and manage technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations
• Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
• Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
• Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
• Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation

What You Bring:

• Proven experience delivering façade works on large-scale residential projects
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork and Render
• Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills
• Familiar with BIM and digital construction platforms
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
