Description

Our growing Dublin office is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Corporate Practice Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract. We need you to be an organised, proactive, and professional individual who has a "can do" attitude and is willing to go that extra mile to help colleagues at all times.

Our Team

You will be joining our close-knit and collaborative Dublin office to provide secretarial and administration support to the corporate practice group. You'll be reporting into the Dublin Office Manager and will be working alongside Partners and Associates.

This role would be ideal for someone who is an experienced assistant looking to support a busy team.

You'll perform a full and varied executive assistant role, working for partners and associates in the team. The role would include full diary management and associated tasks, billing, client and matter inceptions, dealing with international travel, filing and archiving, document amendments, plus a variety of other tasks and duties expected in this busy but fulfilling role.

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, flexibility required.

You

As this is a varied role, you'll need to be an organised, proactive individual who can easily prioritise. You'll need to have the flexibility to assist with other tasks when required. You should also be able to use your initiative and spot where help is needed with limited supervision.

You'll also have experience of global travel arrangements and the ability to juggle priorities. As you will be dealing with clients of the firm, excellent communication skills are key for this role.

You must have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages along with strong keyboard skills, and a good eye for detail are a must! You will be proficient in billing and client/matter inceptions.

We are considering both Executive Assistant and Junior Secretary candidates for this role, but we do require applicants to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a law firm.
