Responsibilities


  • Advising and recommending enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies

  • Recommending and participating in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the organisations long-term business objectives

  • Researching overall ICT solutions to identify ICT architecture requirements specific to the business needs of Change Healthcare International

  • In conjunction with the wider global Change Healthcare Enterprise Architecture team, agree, prioritise, and govern shared ICT architecture requirements and roadmaps

  • Make recommendations for new technologies required to deliver on Change Healthcare vision and ensures the best/most appropriate use of existing technologies

  • Leverage technical expertise across the enterprise to architect, deploy and oversee new technical solutions required for Change Healthcare International customers

  • Definition of technical architecture configuration and standards. Ensures defined standards are adhered to and that the appropriate governance is in place



Required Qualifications


  • Extensive work experience in information technology

  • Proven experience in a Enterprise Architect role in a busy IT environment

  • Proficient communications and influencing skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Previous experience with a client-facing consultancy with significant pre-sales client exposure

  • Knowledge of modern development, cloud and integration design patterns and architectures

  • Previous experience in defining and delivering enterprise change and transformation programmes using technology



Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of digital health standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, IHE

  • Cloud vendor certifications (such as AWS, Azure, Google GCP)

  • Demonstrate good understanding of the healthcare IT market and its challenges and how ICT can help achieve business outcomes



Soft Skills


  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
