We are seeking a skilled Engineering Performance Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on engineering performance data, as well as managing and improving the existing reporting artifacts to guide organizational improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI. This role will work closely with R&D Business Partners in supporting monthly Software Development Performance reporting.
