Energy & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer - Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources

We are looking for ambitious solicitors who have a real interest in working on financings in the Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources practice area. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 6 years relevant banking/financing experience within a large or medium-sized corporate law firm. Candidates should:

  • have a strong knowledge of LMA based facility agreements and intercreditor agreements;
  • be confident in taking the lead on the production and negotiation of security documents and other ancillary finance documents; and
  • be comfortable managing and mentoring junior members of the team.

We advise on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects and on investment, financing and joint ventures in the sector.
