A leading security operations firm in Dublin seeks an experienced GSOC Supervisor to lead operator teams in monitoring security incidents and ensuring effective incident responses. The role is vital for maintaining operational continuity and security awareness while providing training to operators. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a college degree, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a GSOC environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, critical role within a dedicated team.
The EMEA GSOC is a part of an integrated global structure with standardized processes and systems. The EMEA GSOC will have specific responsibility for:
(1) the active monitoring & tracking of the security operations status of Company sites, security alarms and global events with potential impact on its personnel, assets and reputation;
(2) the timely response, escalation and documentation of incidents and events;
(3) Site admin support for daily business needs;
(4) Data analysis support to enterprise teams.
GSOC primary function is to provide 24/7 monitoring, mitigating and escalating of any physical risk that could potentially put the organisation's people and assets in danger. The main objective of the team is to ensure any physical risks are identified, mitigated or escalated at the earliest time reducing any risk to the minimum. This RFP relates to the provision of qualified personnel to work as Operators and Supervisors in the GSOC in Dublin, Ireland.
