Job description

Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a Early Careers Recruiter with an Irish global organisation. The role is a 12 month FTC.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

·End to end ownership of our Early Career Recruitment, working closely with our Talent Development Team

·Planning and executing Graduate, Internship & Apprentice campaigns

·Collaborate with hiring managers

·Manage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors)

·Coordination of open positions on internal career sites and external jobs boards

·Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers

·Conducting selection interviews with hiring managers

·Ensuring pre-employment recruitment operations are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks and other pre-employment checks

·Liaising with Preferred Supplier Listing of agencies

·Administering psychometric testing and interpretation of feedback

Skills and experience required:

·3+ years in an Early Careers Recruitment Role

·Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing

·Energy, enthusiasm and drive to make it happen

·Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment

·A commitment to quality
