A leading construction and infrastructure company in Ireland is seeking a Programme Coordinator for their Early Careers Programme. You will ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of the programme, support learners, and engage with stakeholders from universities and industry bodies. This role requires over 3 years of experience in similar programmes and offers hybrid work options and various employee benefits.
Reporting to the Learning & Talent Manager – Ireland, this role is all about delivering BAM’s Early Careers Programme. You will play a key part in making sure our early careers team members have a consistent, high-quality experience that helps them grow into the future leaders and professionals of BAM UK&I. From recruitment and onboarding to development and retention, you will help shape a programme that supports our long-term talent needs and ensures our early careers talent is set up for success.
The role is based in Kill, Co. Kildare, with some travel to various locations across Ireland during the academic year. We offer hybrid & flexible working.
