Mechanical Site Supervisors

At Turmec, we are currently growing our team and are looking for dedicated, skilled mechanical site supervisors to join our expanding site installation team to assist in delivering small and large-scale projects in Ireland, the UK and the wider international market.Successful applicants will enjoy being part of a closely-knit manufacturing team, who pride themselves on delivering the highest quality products to our worldwide customers.

The Mechanical Site supervisors duties will include:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications
• Ensure each project follows strict health and safety guidelines including H+S document control and comply with all regulations (preferably trained to do so)
• Manage weekly timesheets of all site men and maintain close correspondence with payroll dept on timesheets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver installations on time and within budget.
• Attending company & client meetings, sharing regular progress reports with the client and management

Requirements:

• Be Safety Focused.
• Work well within a team and leading a team.
• Proven supervision experience in a similar field.
• Always comply with company / site rules & procedures.
• SSSTS/SMSTS, IOSH training advantage but will be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience in the use of Evalu-8 safety software and Navisworks/Trimble software an advantage but not essential.
• Travel is required
• Keen eye and passion for detail and quality a must.
