The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris), strong leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our digital commerce infrastructure while driving innovation and operational excellence**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Lead day-to-day operations and support SAP Commerce Cloud environments.* Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and incident response protocols.* Ensure high availability, performance, and uptime of the commerce platform.* Collaborate with business, product, and IT leadership to align commerce operations with business goals.* Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for platform enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements* Build and lead a team of engineers, DevOps professionals, and support staff.* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation* Ensure compliance with data security policies, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and audit requirements.* Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning for the platform* Drive automation of deployment, monitoring, and support processes.* Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis of system issues* Comfortable working in internationally distributed teams* Strong verbal and written communication skills**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.* 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) management.* Proven track record of managing large-scale digital commerce operations.* Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk), and automation frameworks.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.* ITIL or similar certification a plus. **Nice to Have:*** SAP Certified Development Specialist – SAP Commerce Cloud.* Experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.* Agile or SAFe delivery model experience.**TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**Travel typically less than 10%.
