Job description

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from experienced Registered Nurse Managers for the role of Director of Nursing for two locations - North and South Dublin city.

These homes are part of a nursing home group, renowned for their high standard of person centred care and present with excellent career opportunities.

Previous relevant aged care experience at a senior level is essential. Excellent remuneration package available with this role.

To be considered for the role, the following selection criteria will apply:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Nursing Management position in Care of the elderly (within the last 6 years).
  • Post-registration management qualification (QQI Level 6 minimum)
  • Currently registered with NMBI
  • Proven track record of clinical, leadership and people skills
  • Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations and the 'HEALTH ACT 2007'
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
  • Proven track record in decision-making ability
  • Qualification in Gerontology is desirable
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
