Flexible Working Hours (8-hour shifts) Monday - Friday

TTM Healthcare Solutions, in partnership with our client, a 66-bed Residential Care Home based in South Co. Limerick, is inviting applications for the role of Director of Nursing.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED and BONUS STRUCTURE IN PLACE!

Requirements:

• BSc in Nursing
• Full NMBI registration
• QQI Level 6 in Management & Leadership
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a Care of the Elderly setting
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and relevant legislation
• Experience in managing staff, care plans, operational planning, and forecasting
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with references
• Must have full legal right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available)
